When a neurosurgeon resident says your sci comm courses are the best thing she could have done for herself out of all her years of education, it brings some happy tears to your eyes.
There’s a magic in bringing sci comm skills to more and more people – and I’m honored to be leading the Science Communication Concentration at The University of Chicago’s Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (BMS) Program so that more folks can learn these tools and literally use them to change the world.
